🌷 Northumberland County Market Update – February 2026 🌷

February brought a noticeable increase in sales activity across Northumberland County, signaling renewed momentum as we move closer to the spring market. The Region recorded 71 home sales, a 47.9% increase from January’s 48 transactions.

While activity picked up, the average selling price came in at $693,431, representing an 8.5% decrease month-over-month from January. However, prices remain 2.5% higher compared to February of last year, showing continued long-term stability in home values.

Inventory saw a slight adjustment as new listings totalled 183, down 10.7% from January, while homes spent an average of 59 days on the market. As we approach the traditionally busier spring season, we’re beginning to see the early signs of increased buyer activity.

Maple Cinnamon Breakfast Bake

Ingredients:

• 1 loaf brioche or challah, cubed

• 6 eggs

• 1 ½ cups milk

• ⅓ cup pure maple syrup

• 1 tsp cinnamon
